How to order a product?
- Select the quantity and colour you want and then click on "BUY IT NOW" button.
- Fill-up the contact and shipping information correctly and then click on "Continue To Shipping" button.
- Select the shipping method by your choice.
- Use the billing address same as shipping address and then click on "Complete Order" button.

What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), UPI Payments and Cash on Delivery as well.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?
- It usually takes up to 1-2 business days, while, in peak times, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.
How do I track my order?
- We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. You can also track your order here.
How do I return an item?
- If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and then you will be refunded soon.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- It usually takes around 3 to 7 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Can I update my delivery address?
- Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hey@greetgood.in or WhatsApp on +91-9307528859, we can update your address. If it's after 24 hours, we can no longer update your physical delivery address.
- So please make sure to fill-up the correct address while purchasing the product.
What if the product is not fitting my size?
- Don't worry! We understand, sometimes a customer may order a wrong size of a particular product. If this happens with you, we immediately replace the product with the right size according to our customer's needs and ship it to you again.
Is shipping really FREE?
- YES! We offer completely FREE shipping on all our products!
Will I receive a confirmation message when I place my order?
- Yes, all customers will receive an order confirmation email and also a WhatsApp message after placing their orders.
