GreetGood makes it a priority to handle each product with care and we do everything in our power to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen; fragile items can get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 15 days from the date of product delivery.
How to Cancel an Order?
If you end up having to cancel an order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at email@example.com, and include the order number in the subject headline. If you need to cancel after GreetGood has already shipped it to you, you can refuse the order and send an email with your order number in the subject headline. Be sure to include that you have refused the package and are requesting to cancel the order.
Personal Care Items such as vests, beauty products, etc are NOT eligible for returns and exchange.
Here are the cases in which we accept returns:
Case 1: If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Be sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.
Case 2: If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return. GreetGood will pick up the item and send a brand new product replacement to you at no additional cost.

Once we verify your claims, GreetGood will issue the store credits. Please note that the product must be in the same state it was received, unused.
